The Space:

Welcome to Salty Heels, a impressive OKI home that is designed with comfort and convenience in mind with its 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The beach access is a 4 min. walk away, so it's super simple to spend a full day on the beach! Chill on the living room couch with a good book or movie after a appreciating a meal that was whipped up by the chef of your group. They will appreciate cooking in the kitchen that is completely equipped with modern appliances and cooking silverware. Afterward, head outside for s'mores around a campfire in the fenced in yard. It's a great area for both kids, adults and your furry friends to appreciate. Or, indulge in full vacation mode in the brand new hot tub, coming in February of 2026!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two family pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is supplied with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is trendy for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and cycling for those who like to stay on land.
