If you’re looking for the ideal beach hideaway, you’ve found it with this oceanfront condo in the heart of Carolina Beach. Entirely updated in March 2022, this bright space features ocean vistas throughout the entire home. The modern, open layout is ideal for connecting with family and friends. After morning coffee on the balcony, you can comfortably whip up some breakfast in the updated kitchen and dine together at the breakfast bar.

When it’s time to head out, you’re steps away from the boardwalk, eateries, stores, and the beach. The community pool is open from April 15 – October 15 and there’s a foosball table in the common space as well. End the day in the comfortable living room with a little TV. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem – each bedroom has a TV as well, and all feature complimentary cable. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, central AC, and a private washer/dryer.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Wilmington, NC restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Did you have a wonderful stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
