Silver Linings East is a elegantly located, completely refreshed, oceanfront duplex with a spectacular oceanfront view. There's enough room for the entire family, with close by local eateries, ice cream parlors, and gift stores.

This home, which is one side of a duplex, offers an open living, kitchen, and dining area with shiplap ceilings and rustic beams, nautical ceiling fans, a glass picture-window wall, luxury vinyl plank and carpeted floors throughout, an expandable 12-person dining table, beautiful frost-white quartz countertops, quality brushed-brass faucets, all-new stainless steel appliances including a glass-top stove, a Keurig machine, and kitchen accessories complete with a spice rack. The pantry is well equipped too, with new Cuisinart modest appliances, a toaster, a coffee maker, a coffee grinder, a milk frother, an espresso machine, and more.
