This awe-inspiring four bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront home was constructed in the 1960s. Although is has been refreshed numerous times, it still has its original appeal: two ocean side bedrooms, each with a king bed; and two street side bedrooms, each with a full bed and a twin bed. Two full bathrooms located in hallways. This home has a completely equipped kitchen and a roomy family room featuring a TV, DVD player, and wireless internet. Dining spaces for 10 people. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Downstairs covered picnic area and covered parking. Enclosed beach gear storage area. Modest street side deck with two rocking chairs. Extensive oceanfront deck with four rockers and four patio chairs. Private boardwalk access to the beach with a beach hose and shower head.

This rental includes a linens package and bed-making service prior to renter arrival. The supplied linens include sheets for all beds, kitchen towels and dish rags, bathroom mats and hand towels, 10 bath towels and washcloths, and 10 beach towels. The sheets and towels are 100% cotton. Renter may choose to bring additional towels or linens if they want.
Upon arrive there are starter supplies of TP in each bathroom, modest package of dishwasher pods, bottle liquid dish soap and a sponge.

Sunday - Sunday units with a 3 nighttime minimum.

  • Summer months are high season in Holden Beach. To book the best rental for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to buy trip insurance.
