Sliding glass doors from the living room open out to the deck and allow for plenty of natural light. A ceiling fan circulates fresh air throughout the living area.

The open-concept design of the kitchen/living/dining area makes for simple entertaining. The entirely-equipped kitchen has crisp white cabinets, roomy white quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, an electric range and oven, a microwave, a double basin sink, and a dishwasher. The ground/first-floor level features a carport with covered parking for two cars and a golf cart, as well as a deck with an alfresco dining area, a courtyard area, and a storage area with beach chairs, Bocce ball, sand toys, a beach cart; corn hole, etc.
