Conveniently located across the street from the beach and eateries, walking distance to additional eateries and shopping. Directly across from Oak Island Pier; great for fishing. Seasonal pool and hot tub, grille and picnic area. Private walkway and gazebo across the street leading to the beach.
The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
Please note that the elevator is unavailable until about March 22, 2026.
Though family pets are not allowed, please note that dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.
About the Area
Located near the beach, this condo is in Yaupon Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Fort Fisher State Recreation Area and Kure Beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
