This home has been newly modernized with luxury finishes throughout. You’ll appreciate the refreshed kitchen, all new master bath with enormous tile shower, new granite counters in all bathrooms, and 65” TV in the family room.
Appreciate the sunsets, waterfront vistas, and outdoor relaxation and dining from the 5 decks overlooking the canal, including a rooftop deck with vistas to the ocean and across OIB. Dock your boat (direct access to ICW) or use the supplied 4 kayaks.
Two of the 5 bedrooms are located on the main level, and the remaining three on the upper level. The 5 bedrooms can sleep up to 14 adults and kids (2 king beds, 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds). 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, while 2 of the bedrooms share a 1.5 bathroom between them (ideal for families/kids), with a powder room (1/2 bath) on the main level.
The kitchen is newly remodeled and has everything you could need, including new appliances, indoor seating for 12 (8 at table, 4 at bar), and ample cookware and dinnerware.
The wifi/internet is high-speed (400mbps) and all TVs are new intelligent TVs with all of the apps you'd expect for use with your streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, HBO+, Youtube TV). Use of our Youtube TV account is included for streaming local and cable channels (major networks, ESPN, etc.).

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and North Myrtle Beach Beaches.
