Redecorated with a casual and refreshed beach vibe, this roomy 2000 sq/ft home has a two-story open living room floor plan. If you savor the outside ocean air, relax on the brand new back deck with partial vistas of the ocean, or walk across the freshly added walkway that connects to the front deck, offering photogenic sunrise vistas overlooking the marsh. Both decks are ideal for morning coffee or an early evening beverage with family and friends.

This third row home features five bedrooms and five baths on two levels, with three king master bedrooms. Every bedroom has a Intelligent TV with cable and DVR, along with additional channels for sports, movies and cartoons. The home is also equipped with Fiber Optic high speed internet access. Every bedroom also has a PRIVATE BATH. On the first floor, there are two King master bedrooms, with private baths. Both of these main level bedrooms have sliding glass doors for access to the back deck. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed. The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. The fifth bedroom has a pyramid bunk and a separate Queen size bed. With low structures and open tons on the ocean side, partial ocean vistas can be appreciated from four of the five bedrooms.

The kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances, and new shaker style cabinets. The kitchen is also equipped with Quartz countertops and new oversize quartz peninsula, which are ideal for meal prep. The adjoining 6 person dining area with a bay window overlooks the marsh. There are two leaves available for the dining room table, plus additional chairs, to seat 10, plus 3 stools at the bar. The cabinets are entirely outfitted, containing all the kitchenware you will need for a great week at the beach.

Oversized 15 X 28 ft. pool includes a 7 ft. calming ledge with two ledge loungers for working on that great tan while the rest of the family enjoys splashing around in the water! When you're done with the sun and sand, wash off in the outdoor private hot and cold water shower before settling into one of the Adirondacks, or chaise lounge chairs. Appreciate drinks and dinner poolside while watching tv and hanging out with friends and family at the new tiki bar and outdoor living room with couch and captain's chairs offering the ideal spot to hang out while grilling up steaks and burgers on the new Weber grille. When the sun goes down, appreciate an evening beverage by the glow of under-bar and overhead bistro lighting. While you are appreciating the outdoors, why not add some music to get the full beach fell? This home is equipped with Sonos, a wireless home sound system both inside, and by the pool area. What’s better than relaxing by the pool? Relaxing by the pool listening to music. Sonos, the ultimate in sound system will fill your vacation home with music.

Guests may also enjoy the full use of the under home storage room with keyless entry, and a second, full size refrigerator. This is a great space to secure your personal beach gear and belongings. Also, feel complimentary to use the generous assortment of beach gear and games supplied. With plenty of parking under the home for multiple cars/golf cart, you will never feel cramped or busy.

This home is less than a two-mile bicycle or golf cart ride to the famed OIB Pier, Putt-Putt, surf stores, new public park with splash pad and playgound, and all the magnificent OIB eateries you're sure to enjoy during your stay.

Additional amenities include keyless entry for both the home and storage unit, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, crockpot, ceiling fans, plus a high chair and pack n play for the young guests.

A three nighttime minimum rental is allowed before June 3 and after August 20.

All properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels are not supplied.

In this home, the owner will provide one roll of toilet paper and one liquid hand soap in each bathroom. Also, they will provide one roll of paper towels, soap for one laundry load and soap for one dishwasher load.

There is a golf cart outlet in the carport.
