This bright, cavernous, mid-island home features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms on two levels. Aloha OIB is on a peaceful street and sits on a double lot that lends to an over-sized backyard for family fun.
Multiple decks to sit on and appreciate vistas of the marsh and intercostal waterway. Mornings and evenings on the upper deck are simply glorious! Beach access is super close at less than 200 yards away (4-5 min walk)!

MASSIVE PRIVATE POOL NEW for Summer 2026 and CUSTOM BUILT OUTDOOR KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA under the home! This is the kind of pool the whole neighborhood could play in! Tricking it out with volleyball and basketball for the kids! The outdoor kitchen will have a giant constructed-in grille, refrigerator, and bar height counters with barstools. Every seat will be able to see the outdoor TV for sports or movies by the pool.

The owner includes linens with the cleaning service. All beds (except bunk beds) will already be made up for you upon your arrival, saving you precious beach time!
