This handsome two-story, three-bedroom, 3.5-bath duplex featuring the Hobbs Intelligent Home entry is a great solution for a melodious, oceanfront vacation experience with spectacular oceanside vistas. The east side of the duplex, Ocean Melody, offers a hot tub on the oceanside deck.

The open floor plan features an additional enormous kitchen, dining, and living area flowing throughout the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, intelligent flat-screen TVs (no cable), and a sundeck on the oceanside second floor. Two fridges and a Flex brew coffee maker make family entertaining painless! Want to invite your "Framily" and need space for 16? You can rent both sides of Ocean Harmony and Ocean Melody and appreciate both together and private time with interconnecting doors on both floors. Let the good times roll!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, bar soap, massage body bar, and bath salts. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
