Sandpiper is one-half of a duplex located on the handsome waterfront of Holden Beach. Cozy studio has been completely refreshed with thoughtful upgrades and amenities.   • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To book the largest rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection.
