Wonderful ocean vistas from each of the covered ocean decks where you can rock your cares away or catch some rays on the sundeck. Great floor plan with open living, kitchen, and dining spaces for the whole event to savor. Remodeled in 2022 with new furnishings, floor, paint, kitchen, appliances, and additional bathrooms. The completely equipped kitchen will make the chef happy and the new streamlined coastal chic décor will invite you in for a magnificent beach hideaway. Also a newly added private street-side pool! This home provides true southern #Hobbspitality to guests. You'll find the home already outfitted with bottled water in the refrigerator, as well as soap by every sink, and a starter set of the following: toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds This home does not have a grille, but you are able to rent one for the week through one of the local Beach Equipment rental companies. All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues. Absolutely no smoking allowed.
