Unwind and watch the local wildlife or handsome sunsets from a sizable front porch with a picnic table, rocking chairs, and a hammock. Outside, there is an outdoor shower to wash off sand from your trips to the close by ocean front. If you like to fish, the private pier offers a great fishing or crabbing spot. Your boat can be moored at the deep water slip, and the home itself is located close to a marina at the island’s west end. Kayaks and life jackets are available to use on Davis Canal, with its winding channels. Outdoors, you may wish to use the BBQ grille and picnic table. Clara Vista also provides an ice chest, modest beach umbrella , beach chairs, beach towels and a cart to carry the, making trips to the strand easier and more delightful.
