The home features outside shower, charcoal grille, and enormous concrete patio area ideal for entertaining. There is plenty of outdoor seating to appreciate the view on oceanfront decks and relax around the pool. The huge kitchen has all amenities including granite counter tops, huge eating bar and separate large dining table ideal for appreciating cooking and meals. There are two impressive private oceanfront Master suites with walk-in tile showers. Appreciate a cold drink and the company of friends and family, while the kids savor a dip in the pool. The location is just ideal for fast on and off island excursions near Middleton and the newer Swain's Cut bridge. You may park your boat at the home.
