Southern Exposure is a Hobbs Intelligent Home (1K, 4Q, 2T) and features two covered oceanside porches with rockers, private boardwalk, and enclosed outdoor shower. The marvelous open floor plan has two living areas with flat screens, DVDs in both living areas, dining room, sizable kitchen with bar seating, five bedrooms, and 4.5 baths. The primary bedroom has a flatscreen and DVD.

Also, the upstairs middle bedroom shares a bathroom with the upstairs East bedroom. The middle bedroom has to access the neighboring bedroom to access the bathroom.
