This home is new construction (2020) with upgraded furnishings! It is surrounded by charming Live Oak trees and is on a peaceful street only a pleasant seven-block walk to Waterfront Park and all the great eateries and stores that historic Southport has to offer. NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE BEACH!! It is on the Cape Fear River and Intercoastal Waterway, with fabulous vistas across the river. If you want to walk to the beach, this home is not for you!
The home has three bedrooms plus a study, making comfortable private sleeping for eight guests. The Master Suite has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has twin XL beds, and the Study includes twin trundle beds (best for the kids). One of our most frequent comments is how comfortable our beds are!
Double front porches make for calming and socializing. A sizable Rec Room features an 8' slate bed pool table!
