Appreciate commanding expansive island vistas from all windows and decks of this top, 3rd floor condo! (only accessible by stairs) The front deck overlooks the North view of the sound and Ocean Isle bridge and the community pool. The back deck takes in vistas of the ocean and the South vistas of the sound. There are beautiful sunsets to behold from the back deck and delightful sunrises on the beach. Conveniences include central air plus ceiling fans in every room. Bamboo floor in living room, tiled kitchen and bathroom, new carpeted bedrooms, and all new furnishings throughout. Living room has 55" intelligent HDTV and DVD player, 32" intelligent HDTV in both bedrooms. Condo includes wireless internet access, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, oven and microwave, Keurig single serve or full pot options, Instantpot, countertop oven, and well equipped kitchen. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Master Bedroom has king-sized memory foam bed, 32" intelligent TV with private bathroom. Second Bedroom has 2 double (full) sized beds, 32" intelligent TV, vanity with operating faucet and sink. Bed linens are supplied. Graco Pack and Play Playard/Bassinet in guest closet. Dockside Landing has 2 community docks (great for fishing, crabbing or appreciating the sunset with friends), a modest boat ramp, community pool and a short 2 min. walk to direct beach access, that is handicap accessible (in season). Each stay inludes complete bed linens, bath towel, beach towel, dish towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dish washing pods, a roll of paper towels and sponge. Bathroom closet is locked and not for public use. This condo is a kayaker’s heaven and ideal for a family or charming hideaway. Please, no smoking inside. No family pets allowed, HOA rules. Golf carts are not to be charged on any outlet connected to Dockside building 1, 2 or 3.
