Studio Aerie is a 450+ square foot open studio space above a garage and next door (but separate) to the main home. It is in a very peaceful but convenient location, one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Wilmington—convenient to downtown (7 min. drive) and Wrightsville Beach (20 min. drive).
The queen bed features a comfortable premium bed. All linens are included for stays under 3 weeks.
The kitchenette includes a medium size refrigerator with modest freezer, 4 burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, and full size sink. All kitchenware, silverware and dishes are supplied. There is also an apartment size washer and dryer.
The modest private bathroom has a completely tiled shower, sink with granite topped vanity, storage medicine cabinet, and toilet.
In the living area is a couch that doubles as a futon, simple chair and intelligent T.V. with Internet access. Stream movies through your streaming provider, or use the antenna to get local channels. A strong and fast WiFi internet access is supplied.
The enormous outdoor deck overlooks a pretty garden and is surrounded by a tree canopy.

*For bookings over 3 weeks in length, a biweekly cleaning service is supplied to keep the unit in good condition. The price is constructed into your fee. This does not include washing your own linens and towels*
