Wrightsville beach is roughly a 15 min. car ride from the home with Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and Ft. Fisher (home to the NC Aquarium) being 30-45 mins. away. The city offers many spots for kids: Fit for Fun on 10th Street(ages 6 mo. to 5 yrs.), The Kids's Museum located downtown on 2nd and Orange (ages 2 to 10ish), Monkey Joe's, Jungle Rapids, skating rinks, an ice skating home, the list goes on.
