You can relax and appreciate the vistas or sit and eat at the huge table for 7. The decks are partially covered on the first level and for soaking in the sun on the top level. The street-side deck is covered and features enchanting marsh vistas across the street. Inside you will be greeted with 3 oceanfront master suites, generously appointed décor, handsome finishing like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and tons of natural light! The kitchen is ideal for preparing your favorite seafood feasts to enjoy at the sizable dining table for 10 and an additional kitchen bar seating for four, it even has a stand alone ice maker for your convenience. The chef in your event will adore the gas range! There are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 living areas in this cavernous home so plenty of room for the whole event. There are even gas logs for the cooler months. As part of our commitment to southern #Hobbspitality, this owner provides you with "Ready for Bed'' service. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket so you can jump right in to making memories rather than making beds! Please feel complimentary to bring your own favorite snuggle blanket. Please note, that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons and daybeds will not be made up, fresh linens will be supplied. Our bed linen deliveries, towel units, and Ready for Bed services are supplied by local vendors and may be finished after check-in time. All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for complimentary, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues. This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras monitoring swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
