There is even a stand-alone ice maker for your convenience. The chef in your event will appreciate the kitchen's gas range! There are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 living areas in this cavernous home, so plenty of room for the whole family! There are even gas logs for the cooler months.
This property also includes a Universal level 2 charger for both Tesla (NACS) and non-tesla (J1772) charge ports.
This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy (14) for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
