THE LOCATION

Welcome to your home away from home! Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer. Become a local by visiting all the family-owned eateries and bars on and off the island. Join in with kayaking, fishing, and close by golf courses. Ocean Isle Beach offers plenty of activities for kids of all ages. Our favorites are the Museum of Coastal Carolina and the Town Center Park's splash pad! This property was named, "Turtle Vista" because there are always so many turtle's to be seen in the pond located behind the home! This property is located on the west end of the island and includes "Islander Beach Club" privileges. In addition to the private pool located at the property you will have access to an oceanfront pool and bar located at The Isles. Your pass will be found in the property.


PROPERTY DETAILS

This property comes entirely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with parking for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar and an outdoor shower. (Pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details). Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on all 3 floors. There are enormous decks with handsome vistas throughout the property. The first floor den features a wet bar and comfortable seating. The second floor living and dining area is very cavernous. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. The third floor features additional balconies, a game room with a foosball table, and a pull-out sleeper couch! There is also a crow's nest located at the top of the property with spectacular ocean vistas.

This property includes bed and bath linens as well as keyless entry to make the check in and check out process effortless! This home comes with a propane gas grille and six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. An elevator makes this home wheelchair friendly and make's unloading much more fun! There is a ramp on the ground level to make elevator access smooth.

One four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.


BEDDING & BATH CONFIGURATIONS

First Floor:

Room 1: Twin/Full, Twin/Full Bunkbeds with private bath.

Room 2: Queen with bath in hallway.

Room 3: King with private bath.

Second Floor:

Room 4: King with private bath.

Room 5: Queen with bath in hallway.

There is a pull out sleeper couch located in the loft on the 3rd level. There is a full bath on this level.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

Animals are not allowed at this property.

Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.

Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property inside or outside. If caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.

No events or events without homeowner approval.

Pool heating is an additional $50 per nighttime with a 3-nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.


CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.

We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with cycling.

When to go & When to reserve a Ocean Isle Beach rental home:

  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Summer is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. Book your vacation home in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Look for your local Wilmington, NC area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guide magazines have deals for nearby shops and restaurants.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.

If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
