"Wine Down" is the west side of a handsome Ocean Front Duplex located in the less busy area of Holden Beach! The home offers you private beach access at your doorstep with charming vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, the ICW and Tidal Marsh! The home is bright and cavernous with many amenities! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths the home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. A roomy Master Suite upstairs offers a king size bed, streaming TV, and a sizable private balcony just ideal for catching the salty breezes off the dunes. Bedroom #3 is located on the second floor offering a queen size bed with streaming TV. Bedroom #1 is located on the second floor facing the marsh offering alluring opportunities for wildlife sightings. This bedroom offers 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, and streaming TV. Bedroom #2 is located downstairs, offering 2 full beds and 1 twin bed, and streaming TV. A spacious living room, kitchen and dining area offers plenty of room for calming and entertaining inside, while appreciating the oceanfront vistas of the Atlantic. The kitchen is equipped with a stand alone ice maker for your coolers and drinks, a Keurig/drip coffeemaker combo, new stainless steel appliances and everything else you would need to make homecooked meals. You can also maximize your outdoor vacation time by relaxing in the downstairs outdoor area that includes two hammocks, 8' picnic table and both charcoal and gas grilles which includes complimentary propane! For 2024, a private, heated 8X12 Swim Spa is included. The Swim Spa is the ideal mini pool for family fun. It comfortably fits up to 9 adults and features 32 hydrotherapy jets for max. massage. The hydrotherapy jets are positioned in each corner of the swim spa to target specific muscle groups. It also features a water propulsion system that creates a current that you can swim against which can be adjusted to customize the difficulty level.

This property is located at 811 Ocean Blvd West. Wine Down is on the west (right) side as you face the building from the street. The east (left) side is not a rental property and unavailable to rent.
