Shore 2 Please comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or vacations with friends. The home features a thoughtfully designed reverse floor plan. You’ll find the cavernous kitchen, dining, and living areas located on the top floor, where handsome ocean vistas await!

The completely equipped kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances and comes with everything needed for enchanting home-cooked meals. Appreciate your morning coffee with ease using our Keurig coffee maker, and take advantage of our array of cookware, silverware, and convenient amenities including a blender, toaster, ice maker, and crock pot. We also provide a selection of K-cups, teas, creamer, and sugar to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Dine in style at the generous dining room table that seats eight or gather around the bar seating for four in this open-concept space, ideal for creating lasting memories with adored ones.

Please note, the pool is private and unattended; all swim at their own risk, and adult supervision is required for kids.

Golf Cart Supplied
To make your stay even better, we’ve included a 6-passenger golf cart for your convenience during your visit. (Proof of insurance, a valid driver’s license, and a signed golf cart agreement are required.)
The garage provides ample storage for beach gear, including chairs, umbrellas, cornhole board and accessories, so you can conveniently make the most of your sun-soaked beach days.

Linen and Towel Service Policy
We provide a comprehensive linen and towel service for your convenience, which includes:
- Top and fitted sheets per bed
- Pillowcases
- One set of towels per person (each set consists of 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth)
- One kitchen towel

For our guests' tranquility of mind, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Please note that we do not offer refunds for weather-related trip interruptions or cancellations, nor for any other unforeseen circumstances that may impact your travel plans or use of the property.

Booking and Cancellation Terms:
- Last Minute Bookings: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure linens can be supplied.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 60 days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund minus a non-returnable cancellation fee of 5% of the total reservation cost. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 60 days of your check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
While a cleaning fee is included in your reservation, please be mindful to follow the check-out procedures. Leaving the home excessively dirty may result in additional cleaning charges, which you will be responsible for.

Guest Requirements:
- You must be at least 25 years old to make a booking.
- If your group consists of individuals who are not related, the average age of all adults (excluding kids) must also be 25 years or older.
- Reservations cannot be made on behalf of others; the individual who pays for the reservation must also be present during the stay.
House Rules:
-We maintain a strict no-event policy. Events such as home events, proms, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any gatherings of this nature are not allowed.

-Smoking/Vaping is stringently prohibited both inside the property and in areas surrounding it. A fee of $500 will be charged if this rule is violated. Additionally, charcoal grilles, fire pits, and deep fryers are not allowed on the premises.
For your safety, please note that there are exterior security cameras monitoring the parking area and entrances. If the property has a fireplace, kindly refrain from using it, as it is solely for decorative purposes.
Hurricane Policy: In the event of a mandatory or voluntary ordered evacuation all guests must evacuate immediately. Refunds are not given for natural disasters; however, trip interruption insurance is available to purchase at the time of your reservation and may be added any time before your final payment is due. Damage Waiver: As part of your rental reservation, you have paid a non-returnable damage waiver fee. The damage waiver fee releases you from responsibility for any accidental damage that may occur to the property during your rental period, up to $1,500 in value (including materials and labor costs). Intentional damages, damages caused by gross negligence and/or removal of items supplied in the rental that go missing will not be covered by this waiver. Expenses for damages that will not be covered may include but are not limited to costs to replace missing items, additional cleaning charges due to excessively dirty or sandy conditions, smoking in the unit, pet related damages, intentional acts or neglect, and any damage that occurs due to violation of the lease agreement. Any accidental damages more than $1,500 AND/OR any intentional damage or theft, shall be the responsibility of the renter and will be billed to renter. If we have your credit card on file, then these excess expenses will automatically be charged to your credit card.
