The sturdy round dining table is set for six, with additional folding chairs in the closet and an additional four seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. The modern kitchen provides plenty of counter space for meal preparation including a center island and stainless-steel appliances. A half bathroom is located off this space for convenience.
You’ll also find the primary bedroom suite on this level. Furnished with a king bed, you’ll wake up to the waves each morning thanks to direct deck access. This space also features closet space and a private en suite bathroom, with his and her sinks and a step in shower.
On the lower level, the final four bedrooms surround a central lounge space and game room. The upper deck is open and provides the ideal perch to soak in the sunshine and the vistas. When you’re ready to hit the sand, a private boardwalk leads to a dune top deck with constructed in deck seating that is just steps off the shores of peaceful Caswell Beach.
After the day’s adventures, cleaning up is a breeze, with an open rinse off shower available on your boardwalk and and enclosed outdoor shower available under the property on the ground level.
