Exterior amenities include outside shower, screen porch & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & Absolutely ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. Nightly units require a departure maid service. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
