On the 3rd level is a huge living area with a big-screen Intelligent TV, games & books for beach reads. The dining table seats 10 & the island seats 6. This is a chef’s kitchen: 4 door French Door Fridge, huge Workstation Sink, generous dish & food Storage, Air Fryer, Hand Mixer, Keurig & Drip Coffeemakers & a enormous island for plenty of Prep Space. There’s even a Publix grocery store across the street in case you forgot something while making dinner.

Extensive Porches on the 2nd & 3rd levels allow you to watch the sun rise & set over the Atlantic which is only a short walk away. There’s even a porch swing to savor on the 2nd floor deck. Rinse off the salt & sand in the large Outdoor Shower (hot & cold water). Toss your beach clothes into the Washer & Dryer with a folding table. Also within walking distance is Middleton Park with a fun Splash Pad & an Outdoor Venue used for Free Concerts & Food Trucks during the summer.
