The home is located in the Oak Island Golf Course neighborhood, is 0.7 miles from beach and even closer to the Barbee bridge for simple access to surrounding attractions.
Use the entirely equipped kitchen to prepare a dinner or celebrate an occasion. You can comfortably seat 20 with plenty space for entertaining. Formal dining seats 6, breakfast room seats 6 and screened in porch seats 8. There is also ample off-street parking for guests.

There is also a queen size air bed that can be used in one of the bedrooms or in one of the living rooms. Full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and folding table which is conveniently located at the entrance to drop off wet towels etc. on your way in from the beach, kayaking or a round of golf.
