This home is mostly handicap accessible, 4 bedroom 4 bath offers comfortable sleeping for 11 and plenty of space for more. With three separate living areas, a 400+ sq foot screened in porch, fishing dock and floating kayak dock there is ample space for everybody to find their comfortable place at home. The home is located in the Oak Island Golf Course neighborhood, is 0.7 miles from beach and even closer to the Barbee bridge for simple access to surrounding attractions.
Use the entirely equipped kitchen to prepare a dinner or celebrate an occasion. You can comfortably seat 20 with plenty space for entertaining. Formal dining seats 6, breakfast room seats 6 and screened in porch seats 8. There is also ample off-street parking for guests.
