This pretty, comfortable and cozy bungalow will have you feeling right at home.  Within a very short walking distance to the ocean, you have painless access to take advantage of unwinding on the sandy shore while the sun warms your skin and the ocean breeze sweeps over you.  Count yourself blessed if you see a dolphin surface as it travels along the coast.  Bring your boat, jet skis or kayak and appreciate the many bodies of water surrounding Oak Island.  There are also many opportunities for day trips.  Stay on the island and visit the Oak Island Lighthouse and drive through the Civil War fort at Ft. Caswell.  Golf lovers can play at the Oak Island Golf Course just about a five min. drive from the home.  There are also plenty of other close by golf courses for the avid golfer who wishes to play a different course every day.  Minutes away you can savor historic Southport where you will find plenty of unique stores and eateries or take a walking tour of Southport and soak in the history and beauty of this area.  And, there is so much more!  With the constant craziness of everyday life, take the opportunity to down to "Turtle Time" .  This cozy beach bungalow will quickly become your favorite spot to return to year after year!
