This home is extremely well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. The sizable, completely equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is completely outfitted. It features striking granite counters, a bespoke backsplash, and an upsized table with seating for ten. The open floor plan flows into the family room complete with a enormous flat-screen intelligent TV and crystal-clear sound bar for you to savor your favorite music or show as you prepare up your latest catch of the day. The home is equipped with a plethora of windows providing all the natural light you would want to boost a great vacation vibe!

New Horizons has two King master suites- one on the second floor with striking marsh vistas and the other on the first floor facing the ocean. Downstairs you will find two more huge bedrooms connected to a Jack and Jill bathroom.

After a long day at the beach rinse off in the roomy hot/cold outdoor shower, play a game of cornhole in the back yard, or grille your evening dinner delight.

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
