*Construction Notice* - Our home is newly constructed, and the builder has also acquired the lot next door for development. Construction is expected to continue through November 2025. To account for any potential disruption, we have constructed in a discount on our standard prices through the construction period. Our family stayed at the home in August and found that the home next door is nearly complete and the noise is minimal.
It did not disrupt us in any way.
