Incredible location! Just one block from public beach access, eateries & famed Tiki Bar & pier. Ocean vistas from all three decks. Freshly remodeled in 2025. Roomy, 5 BR/4BA, with elevator reaching all floors for step-less access. Three KING SUITES, queen room & kids bunk room, all with intelligent TV’s. “Bowfin Blu” is ideal for groups/multiple families. Cleaning fee includes linens, towels, coffee bar and firepit. Pet-Friendly with pet fee. Garage game / movie room coming in July!



The Space:

We can sleep up to 14 people with adults and kids. For adult only groups 12 max is recommended so two adults do t have to share the full-size beds in the bunk room. We also have 12 seats for dining. Happy to host up to 14 with any group but just wanted to make a suggestion to help you choose if Bowfin Blu is the best place for your vacation.



Additional Conveniences Included:

• All bed linens, towels, hand-towels for bathrooms & kitchen

• Household supplies from laundry & dish detergent, trashbags, 2 rolls of paper towels, & 10 rolls of toilet paper. For long stays you may want to bring additional paper towels and toilet paper.

• Beach Towels (up to 10 included per stay)

• Free snacks, bag of coffee, k cups, tea, spices, & more

• Throw Blankets & plenty of games for the family or friends

• Full-size washer and dryer with detergent included



Arrival:

Enter the driveway with parking available for 3 to 4 cars. Garage will be used as game room. Use the keypad intelligent lock and checkin 24 hours a day.



Home layout:



1st floor:

Entryway to stairs and elevator. Beach towels supplied in basket by front door with plenty of hooks for towels at the end of the day.



2nd floor:



King Suite #1



Bedroom is equipped premium king bed (to die for bed, cooling linens & numerous types of pillows for all sleeping positions). Intelligent TV with multiple streaming apps. Sliding glass door leading to private, furnished decks with ocean vistas. Spectacular ocean sunset accent wall.



Bunk Room

Sleeps 6 offering 2 full beds and 2 twins. Intelligent TV, nighttime noise maker, sconce light with charger for each bed, Room darkening curtains. Bathroom right outside the door.

3rd floor:



Dining Room:



Plenty of seating between enormous dining table seating 8-9 with 4 additional bar seats. Extensive glass windows with impressive ocean vistas.



Living Room:



Professionally designed, modern coastal, open concept living room featuring an additional sizable sectional & chairs offering plenty of seating for family or friend activities. Shiplap fireplace with 75” Intelligent TV and modern, linear fireplace (can be turned on without heat for ambience or with heater for cooler winter months). Full wall of windows and glass doors with wide ocean vistas. Just outside the living room is a sizable deck with seating for 7 around a propane, blue glass rock fire-pit. There is also a grille located on the desk for guest use.



Kitchen:



Luxury, huge, entirely-updated kitchen equipped with every conveniences guests could need to prepare gourmet meals or fast meals in between activities. FULL COFFEE BAR offering complimentary specialty coffee, traditional drip coffee, bean grinder, milk frother, k-cups, French press, electric kettle & complimentary tea.

Tub / Shower combo with all toiletries and amenities needed.
