This home just finished a full outside remodel and offers a Private Oceanfront Pool, new composite wood decks and Private Beach Walkway for you to savor without the worry of splinters! This freshly refreshed oceanfront home has two Oceanside covered porches with glass rails for spectacular vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The well-equipped open kitchen, dining and living area provides ample space for the whole family. The kitchen has an under-counter ice maker and granite countertops. There's plenty of room to spread out, with an additional Oceanside sitting area upstairs so all can find a place to relax. A convenient outside hot/cold enclosed shower, and foot shower provide for outdoor ease and enjoyment. Washer/dryer, wireless internet, cable HDTV.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. While there is a hot tub pictured, it is considered an extension of the pool and is not heated or jetted for rental purposes. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.

NOTE: This property has an exterior video-only security camera which is monitored on check-in and check-out days only.
