This beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bathroom canal home is ideal for your next island vacation. Inside, you will find plenty of natural light from the many windows and an open main-level floor plan with a dining room, a functional kitchen, and a cavernous living room. This well-kept vacation spot has refreshed carpet, appliances, and comfortable furnishings.

Outside you will be treated to elegant vistas of the canal, a floating dock for boating and fishing, and a fenced-in backyard. Savor sunsets on the screened-in porch and sun on the open deck! The outside shower is enclosed and has hot and cold water, ideal after a long day at the beach or on the boat. There is even a fish sink for your convenience at the dock. The public beach access is very close and located across Ocean Blvd beside the General Store.

The owner of this home privately arranges their own cleaning and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.
