Laundry is conveniently located on main floor. Ceiling fans throughout. There is WIFI and five flat-screen TVs with Spectrum TV. The family area TV receives 125+ channels including ESPN, CNN, Discovery, HGTV and locals. All of the TVs include Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney, etc. There's also a DVD player and plenty of books to read. Family area has a recliner plus two couches and a enormous family dining table.
