The private dock space can be used to tie off your boat equipped with a rinse down hose, outlet for battery charging, and a filet station for your fresh catch. Use one of the supplied kayaks to discover the area or bring your gear to cast out a line. If you are more of a land lover- there is a tiki bar under the home with a second full size refrigerator, a bar refrigerator, Ping Pong table, Giant Jenga, and Corn Hole boards.

An in home elevator provides effortless access to every level of the residence, making arrival, unpacking, and daily living exceptionally convenient. The reverse floor plan showcases a freshly refreshed kitchen on the second floor, that accepts you to take in all the gorgeous vistas. Appreciate spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the multiple broad front and rear decks, including screened-in canal-side decks on both levels that provide the ideal space to relax or entertain. BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is an 9-min. walk from the home. As you come out of the driveway, turn left onto Cumberland Street, then turn left onto East 2nd Street, then turn right onto Goldsboro Street and follow it straight to the beach access.

Intelligent TVs are in all bedrooms and family room. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay or use all of the included complimentary Vizio channels. Please remember to log out of personal accounts beforecheckout.

For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed at the front entrance and driveway, as well as in the rear facing the owners boat lift. These devices record video and/or audio and do not monitor any interior spaces or back yard.

- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are allowed for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furnishings.
- No unauthorized events or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
-Young kids under the age of 14 are not to use the elevator
unsupervised.
- Guests are responsible for supervising kids and teens.
-The boat dock is to be used at your own risk. Beware of
barnacles on the canal walls and dock pilings

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing costs (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via e-mail or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
