The kids are not forgotten, as the bunk rooms are super fun with multiple beds in both rooms. There is even a great suite in the tower room on the main living level. This home is loaded with an upsized chef's kitchen with high end Cafe` appliances - refrigerator with constructed in Keurig and hot water dispenser, drink center, and wine cooler - Double oven convection range with constructed in air fryer, microwave, and dishwasher. Gaze out over the ocean waters while nestling up to the oceanfront coffee bar with upsized windows. Unwind in the upsized family gathering rooms' roomy sectional couch and comfortable swivel chairs. This main sitting area is surrounded by nothing but ocean vistas, making you feel as if you are literally floating on the water. You will not want to miss this additional special space as your anxiety just melts away every second that you take in the expansive view. Sit back and put your feet up while you sip your favorite beverage and take in the long-range ocean vistas. Don't forget to spend time on one of the ocean front decks, the ocean breezes whisking through your hair and breathing in the healing salt air. For those who want to be able to separate while you are still together, there is another family gathering room just off the pool deck on the first level. This room is equipped with a sizable Intelligent TV, microwave, and 30 cubic foot refrigerator with double ice makers. This special refrigerator also makes craft ice for those special beverages. Out on the pool deck, you can appreciate the enormous covered area, as well as a huge sundeck, all elevated so you can experience the elegant ocean vistas. This home is equipped with an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower bigger enough for the entire family and a foot wash station at the bottom of the beach side stairs so you can leave the sand outside.
