You'll have access to a floating boat dock for swimming, kayaking, and boating, while beach access is within simple walking distance! This handsome home features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and other modest appliances. There is also a nice dining and living area for everybody to savor! Other amenities include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, ceiling fans in all rooms, a covered porch with rockers, enclosed outside shower.
