Welcome to Sherry's Heaven, a newly modernized 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Oak Island vacation rental with a private optionally heated pool, Atlantic Ocean vistas, and beach access nearly directly across the street. This pet-friendly beach home sits on E. Beach Drive in the coveted East Beach area of Oak Island, NC. This second-row home is directly across from the beach, combining a central island location with the amenities families and friends want for a North Carolina coastal hideaway.

Spend your mornings on the upper ocean-facing deck, where a porch swing, seating, exhilarating sea breezes, and handsome Atlantic Ocean vistas invite you to slow down. Savor those same gorgeous ocean vistas from the living room and both ocean-facing king bedrooms, along with pool vistas and slight marsh vistas from the property out back. Watch for dolphins beyond the surf, pelicans gliding overhead, and seagulls along the shore during beach walks or while appreciating the ocean view.

Your private optionally heated swimming pool makes staying home part of the vacation. The completely fenced pool area is an inviting gathering place for family fun, invigorating dips, and casual afternoons together. Kids can appreciate swimming with adult supervision, and the pool offers another option on days when ocean conditions are unsuitable for swimming. With the beach so close, you can conveniently divide your day between building sandcastles and making poolside memories.

Inside, recent renovations include refreshed floor, kitchen cabinets, and bathrooms with tiled showers. Settle into the La-Z-Boy recliner for a movie on the living room's 50-inch TV with streaming capabilities. All four bedrooms have 32-inch intelligent TVs, and high-speed wireless internet keeps everybody connected. Ceiling fans throughout add comfort, while toys, books, games, and puzzles provide entertainment for all ages. An assortment of infant equipment is also available for families traveling with little ones.

Sleeping arrangements include two king beds, one queen bed, and a twin-over-double bunk bed with a trundle. Both king bedrooms face the Atlantic Ocean, offering a restful place to begin and end your beach days.

The well-equipped kitchen makes everything from fast breakfasts to family dinners painless. Alongside the kitchen's main appliances, a freestanding ice maker, air fryer, toaster, toaster oven, panini press, and George Foreman grille provide a cooking appliance for nearly every need or craving. A dry bar area offers space for serving refreshments, and the indoor dining table seats ten.

Take your meals outdoors with a charcoal grille, outdoor dining seating for at least ten, and two picnic tables ideal for a family cookout or lunch by the pool. Front and back covered porches with deck furnishings offer additional places to relax. Appreciate a friendly ping-pong match near the upsized enclosed outdoor shower, which features hot and cold water and a roomy dressing room section for comfortable cleanup after the beach.

Parking and the entrance are located off E. Dolphin Drive. The front yard faces E. Beach Drive, with a walkway to the road providing the quickest route across to the close by beach access.

This central East Beach location keeps Oak Island eateries, shopping, grocery stores, miniature golf, and close by golf courses within simple reach. Sherry's Paradise is close to Ocean Crest Fishing Pier, making it easy to savor pier fishing and broad Atlantic Ocean vistas. Sherry's Paradise is pet-friendly and welcomes dogs only, with a two-dog limit and a max. weight of 25 pounds per dog. A $175 pet fee is supplied in the rental rate and covers one dog; an additional $50 applies for a second dog.

Pool heat is optional and can be added to your reservation for $100 per day. Please note that heat must be purchased for the full duration of your stay once added.

BEACH CREDIT
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights, April through October, come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear units during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more! The choice is yours.

WHAT IS PROVIDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels and mats, hand towels, and washcloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
