Just a short walk from the beach, this dog-friendly getaway is ideal for families and modest groups looking for a calming hideaway.



The home features three comfortable bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The screened-in porch, complete with a ceiling fan and a dining table for six, creates the ideal setting for meals or board games with the family. Step out to savor a soak in the brand-new hot tub or fire up the charcoal grille for a cookout. Outdoor living is made painless with thoughtfully placed furnishings on both the front and rear decks, offering plenty of space to relax and soak in the fresh sea breeze.



Guests can take advantage of the four adult bicycles, four beach chairs, and two beach umbrellas included for exploring the island or enjoying long days by the ocean. After a day of adventure, rinse off the sand and salt in the outdoor shower and settle into the rhythm of island life. Whether you’re watching egrets glide across the canal, relaxing in the hot tub under the stars, or gathering with adored ones in the inviting outdoor spaces, this Oak Island getaway has everything you need for a memorable coastal escape.



Dog-Friendly Conveniences:

We understand that your furry friend is part of the family, which is why our rental home is proudly dog-friendly. With plenty of space to roam and discover, as well as simple access to the beach for long walks and playtime, your four-legged companion will feel right at home during your stay.



Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be supplied in your total and will be requested separately. A non-returnable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once finished.

min. of 2 dogs. Unregistered family pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.

Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furnishings or beds (additional cleaning costs may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.

Please note: Linens are supplied with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, modest shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap per bathroom, make up remover and 2 bottles of water.
