With three bedrooms, the bungalow can accommodate up to 6 guests, but please note that the space is best suited for smaller groups. If you’re traveling with a bigger event, be aware that the one bathroom and cozy living areas may feel a bit tight for 6 people. We recommend groups of 3, with one guest per bedroom, for the most comfortable experience.
The kitchen, while modest, is entirely remodeled and outfitted with everything you need, including a gas stove. The adjoining living room features a huge intelligent TV where you can stream your favorite shows. All the beds are new, with hybrid beds that our guests appreciate, and each bedroom has its own intelligent TV.
Though the bathroom is compact, the on-demand hot water system ensures you’ll never run out, even with multiple showers. Outside, relax on the back porch, or take a short walk to downtown Wilmington to appreciate the many dining options the area has to offer.

Located in Wilmington, this vacation home is in the city center.
