At Yaupon Oak Island Pier, you can fish, rent rods, purchase bait, walk the pier, or dine and drink at Koko Cabana and Ruby's Coffee.

Fishy Fishy Up & Down is the entire 7 BR Stacked Duplex home with a 3 BR unit upstairs and a 4 BR unit downstairs.

The entire duplex home was newly completely gutted and rebuilt from the inside out.

All bedrooms have new 12-inch Medium Firm Memory Foam Queen Mattresses and bed frames, TVs, ceiling light fans, and blackout curtains. Each rental unit includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, W/D, HVAC, D/W, and entirely equipped kitchens.

Fishy Fishy Down is a 4BR 2.5 BA unit with a roomy backyard with a sizable deck, fire pit, table and chairs, 4 Adirondack chairs, and two beach lounge chairs. The downstairs unit sleeps up to 8 people.

Fishy Fishy Up is a 3BR 1FBA unit with a enormous "tree home" deck with picnic table and 6 Adirondack chairs. The Upstairs unit sleeps up to 6 people.

Lots of Parking! There are 4-5 spots on the gravel parking pad (downstairs unit) and a separate driveway that also has space for 4-5 cars (upstairs unit).

The downstairs unit and upstairs unit of this duplex home have separate parking areas, separate entrances, and separate huge outside decks.

There is a common outside shower that has both hot and cold water, and modest utility fish sink cleaning station adjacent to the garage.

The lower unit has a gravel parking pad in front of the home and deck in the rear of the home. The upper unit has driveway parking to the side of the home and a “treehouse” deck in the front of the home.

Its spectacular beauty has made it a trendy filming location for many movies and TV shows. Southport offers deep military and pirate history, natural and architectural beauty, and a walkable area for shopping, dining, and the arts when you need a break from the beach or fishing.

A fun day trip from Southport to Fort Fisher (Pleasure Island) using the car-and-passenger ferry giving you direct road access to Kure Beach, Carolina Beach, NC Aquarium, and Ft. Fisher State Historic Site. Bald Head Island (passenger-only ferry) is also accessible from the Southport Ferry Terminal. Oak Island really has the best of all worlds!
