The space
This refreshed mid-century bungalow is full of natural light, with transom windows and a warm, inviting layout that feels both comfortable and open. After a day in the sun, relax in the airy living room, stream your favorite shows, or savor a peaceful evening at home.
The kitchen is equipped with newer appliances, cooking essentials, butcher block countertops, and a farmhouse sink—ideal for painless breakfasts, beach snacks, or dinner at home.

Oak Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Oak Island Beach and Caswell Beach.
