This elegant home will soon be your new favorite place for sophisticated living on the waterway! "HAVEN BY THE SOUND" offers 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths, and is complete with a cavernous sitting area on each of the three levels, two master bedrooms, and spectacular vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway!

On the ground level you will find a living room furnished with sectional seating and a TV, as well as a heated/cooled garage with a ping pong table and refrigerator, along with a full bath. Take the huge staircase or use the elevator to access the next two levels. The second level living room comes complete with a queen size sleeper couch (bed linens not included for sleeper couch). You will discover 4 bedrooms on the second level, with 3 of the bedrooms having private bathrooms, while the "twin / full bunk" bedroom shares a bath. One of the bedrooms on this level is a master bedroom. The laundry room is also located on the second level.
Imagine cooking scrumptious meals in the gourmet kitchen, everybody dining together in the offset dining area, or gathering together in the sizable sitting area by the fireplace on the upper level. On the upper level you will also find 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The master bedroom on the upper level includes a hottub tub. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with pool heating fee of $400 plus tax paid in advance. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
