This island home has been refreshed in 2022 with new beds and living room furnishings with luxury vinyl plank floor throughout. Two intelligent TVs with Spectrum basic cable (Netflix streaming - personal account required) and high speed internet and Wi-Fi.

Central air/heat with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Front covered porch, cavernous open deck overlooking a tidal waterway that is great for kayaking and bird watching.
