Cozy & convenient second floor apartment located in duplex on 3rd St. There is open concept floor plan living, dining, & kitchen with breakfast bar. Down the hall you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, laundry room with washer/dryer, and master bedroom with a queen sized bed and attached full bathroom. There is two off street parking spaces in the back of the property and complimentary on street parking. Totally equipped with everything to make you comfortable during your stay.
