New to Hobbs Realty, this handsome boulevard gem is the ideal home for your next Holden Beach vacation. Not only are you steps away from the community deeded beach access across the street but there is a private swimming pool to savor long days in the sun! This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance. There is plenty of outdoor space to lounge by the pool in the shade or the sun and plenty of covered decking to soak up the ocean breezes. There are even partial vistas of the shining Atlantic Ocean from the street side deck and marsh vistas at the end of Shell Drive from the back deck. Inside you will find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open floor plan that features tons of natural light and cheerful decor! The sizable dining room table seats 6 comfortably and there are 4 more seats at the kitchen bar to appreciate meals together!

As a gift to you, this home offers a $250 credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items including bicycles, kayaks, paddleboards, body boards, and more. When to visit Holden Beach & When to book:

  • The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Wilmington, NC area. To get the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Wilmington, NC area visitor guide magazines that include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
