From the carport walk up the stairs and enter the main floor. Open concept, kitchen, dining, living room, with tons of natural light and every luxury in mind. Totally supplied kitchen for fast bites or gourmet dinners to feed the family or enormous group. Exceptional coffee, bar with espresso machine, traditional pot, Brewer, and pod Brewer. Free specialty coffee included!



Dining table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the bar.



Plenty of seating in the living room for calming evenings. Generous intelligent TV with multiple streaming apps and electric fireplace for comfortable, cool nights.



Step out the sliding glass door from living room to your private balcony with ocean vistas and outdoor seating.



One king bedroom in the main floor with full bathroom right outside the door. Equipped with intelligent tv, plush linens and room darkening shades.



Walk up the stairs to the 2nd level with three additional bedrooms.
