The kitchen comes entirely equipped with everything you need…plenty of pots, pans, cooking silverware, 12 cup coffee pot and Keurig coffeemaker with a selection of coffee pods. A basic selection of spices and cooking oil.
For getting around the island the condo comes with a 4 passenger golf cart or pedal round the island on the 2 adult bicycles. I also have included everything you need for the beach, (4) beach chairs, a beach umbrella and you will also find plenty of beach towels for your stay.
*The Royal James Landing condo offers the community pool which is very well maintained and kept during the Spring through early Fall season. If you have modest kids this will be their favorite spot. You will find charcoal grilles and picnic tables also in the pool area.
About the Area
Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kent Mitchell Nature Trail. North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
