Two queen bedrooms on the main floor, each with a sound machine for painless sleep. Both share one full bathroom, outfitted with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Traveling with friends? Plan your shower schedule and you’ll be fine.

This is the spot. On the beach side of the home, the cavernous screened-in porch invites you to appreciate ocean breezes without worrying about bugs or harsh sun. It is the ideal spot for morning coffee, afternoon naps, or evening conversations after a full day on the sand.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare easy beach breakfasts or casual family dinners, including a stove and oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Whether you are brewing your morning coffee before heading across the street to the beach or serving fresh local seafood, you will have the tools to make it simple.

The living area embraces coastal décor and vintage bungalow appeal, offering a comfortable space to reconnect, stream your favorite shows with high-speed WiFi, or simply cool off after a long day in the sun.

Upstairs, you will find an open loft space that reflects the home’s vintage charm. The staircase is narrow, which is typical of classic beach cottages and is intended for storage. This adds to the authentic character of the home.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($47) - Have a worry-complimentary stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and supplied by a third-event insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
