The first floor of this home was designed exactly how Bald Head Islanders want to spend their time when not outside - all together. The XL huge living area has a living room that offers comfortable but opulent furnishings for a crowd, a mounted flat screen TV, and a screened-in porch with more living space. The completely equipped gourmet kitchen with plenty of counter space, butler’s pantry, new top of line appliances, a entirely supplied spice cabinet, multiple coffee makers and designer cookware, will make cooking a breeze. With bar stool seating at the kitchen island, and dining room seating for eight, guests will have plenty of space and everything to create great memories with family and friends while appreciating meals on vacation.

The first of numerous master suites is found on the first floor with a king-sized bed, a private and roomy XL spa bath and access to an outdoor deck for calming and outdoor dining.
